I get many requests for discs. People get to my site and see a disc they want and ask if I can help find one. At last count I was up to 4569 discs, Many I only have 1 of. I tell people to look on e bay, many times what they are looking for is listed. You can also do a search that will inform you when what you are looking for comes up.
Face Book is also a great place to find new and used discs. There are many disc groups with the Disc Golf collector group at over 10,000 people. The group I like best is the Frisbee collector group, it was gone from 150 to 900 people in the last year! There you can find many old school collectors, on line and brick and mortar store owners. You will also find the most informed group of people on Frisbee anywhere.
If you want to find that special disc that you have not seen since you were a kid, between Face Book and E Bay it is only a matter of time. For that really rare and hard to find discs you will at least get to know some one that has it! Lots of these people like to trade so keep that in mind.
