The Dates for the 20th annual Vintage Cup Disc Golf tournament are February 22 and 23. Held at Skyline Wilderness Park here in Napa, California. Things went so well last year that we will be using the same 27 hole format. Same as last year there will be a party Saturday night.
I was out at the course yesterday and it looks like summer, very little green! So many new faces on the course, seems like my little secret is out.
There is talk of a second course being worked on in the valley, I hope it works out. Back when we had the Arm Farm it was nice to have a second course in town. Keep your fingers crossed.
On the collecting front as of the first of the year I do not plan on keeping up with all the new golf discs, I plan on upgrading my much older stuff as well as finding the few things that I do not have.
I do not plan on defending my Grand Master title this year as I am going to let my knee rehab from surgery, we will see about next year. I do plan on being a caddy for my daughter-in-law Renee, this will be here first PDGA event, we are in training for it!should be lost of fun!
