Funny how much I look forward to playing Disc Golf. I plan on burning a few calories today and doing it the way I like best, throwing the disc! It must be a combination of things, I guess it is the feeling that anything can happen out there, could be making a new friend, being one with nature or even making the shot that I will remember for a life time, if nothing else the feeling of youth as I hunt through the brush looking for a disc. Even with the disappointment of missing a simple shot, it is all part of the game.
I often think of new improvements that I can make on the course, usually it is reseeding a area or a new pin location, this fall I plan on adding a new basket to the course. My family sponsors # 6 at Skyline, my plan is to have it painted red and add all the family PDGA #'s to the top assembly. Well it is time to get the family up, fed and off to school, next stop the disc course!
