At my local course here in the town of Napa California. There is a almost 10 minute walk to get to the disc golf course. Being prepared with proper shoes, water and a hat is something most disc golfers know is needed to play our course.
First time players could have all these things and still have a tuff time because of the challenging terrain. Skyline is not a beginner course and not suited for younger players.
At the last board meeting we were talking about adding a 9 hole course at the lower part of the park where new and younger players can learn the game with out being brutalized. Hopefully this will bring more people to the game we all love! I will keep you posted as to how it goes!
